Disability Services
Helps address the needs of students with disabilities and provides and
coordinates support services that help these students to maximize their
educational potential.
The Writing Center
Provides students the opportunity to discuss their writing with consultants who
work with writers at all levels of competence, from all disciplines, and at any
stage of the writing process. They share ideas about writing strategies and
techniques.
Multicultural Affairs Center (MAC)
Provides a support system for underrepresented students that nurtures students
academically, socially, culturally, and personally through its various programs.
Their programs include: a peer mentor program, SEE program, a tutoring program
and a monitored study area.
Academic Advisors
Provide students the opportunity to discuss academic, social, and personal
concerns with a professional advisor who can be a source of information,
support, help with problem solving, and can suggest
other support services.
Faculty
Offer suggestions for students on how to be successful in specific courses and
about specific majors. Need to know what to ask your
